These Terms of Service apply to the website at www.thomaschase.com and to Toolbox for Windows. The current entity providing the site and Toolbox is Thomas Chase Gullett. That entity name may be updated later.
By using the website, downloading Toolbox, or using Toolbox, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or Toolbox.
Toolbox For Windows
Toolbox is provided as a Windows utility collection for personal, technical, productivity, security, file, and maintenance tasks. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.
You are responsible for deciding whether Toolbox is appropriate for your device, files, accounts, and workflow. Keep backups of important files before using tools that modify, clean, encrypt, move, or delete data.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the website or Toolbox to:
- Violate applicable law or the rights of others.
- Distribute malware, unauthorized access tools, or harmful content.
- Interfere with the website, download service, Google APIs, or any third-party service.
- Misrepresent your identity, authorization, or purpose when using connected services.

Google API Features
If Toolbox provides features that use Google Drive API, Google Picker API, OAuth, or other Google APIs, those features must be used only for their visible user-facing purpose and only with permissions granted by the user.
You agree not to use Toolbox or any Google-connected feature for prohibited Google Drive API uses, including using Google Drive as a large-scale content delivery network, bypassing storage limits, cryptocurrency mining, unauthorized copyrighted-content distribution, or other activity prohibited by Google.
Google-connected Toolbox features are intended to comply with the Google APIs Terms of Service, the Google API Services User Data Policy, the Google Drive API Terms of Service, and applicable Google Picker API requirements. Google may also apply its own terms and policies to your Google Account and Google services.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains what information is collected and how it is used, including download IP records and Google API data handling.
No Warranty
The website and Toolbox are provided as-is and as-available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, no warranties are made about availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility, or uninterrupted operation.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Thomas Chase Gullett will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, files, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the website or Toolbox.
